Box arrived damaged, however, the generator was not damaged. The first time we've used for a camping trip, it worked great for about 3 hours and now does not work. It is currently sitting in a repair shop for 3 weeks waiting on parts of eastern Tools for warranty repair. I will never buy another generator from Eastern Tools again!

Review TQE TG28P. After reviewing several models TG28P set like this would have been better in my purp generator emergency. I have chosen in TG32P12 ETQ, witch seems to be a most popular model. The TG32P12 is advertised as having 3200 Watts of continuous output, but if you look at the wiring diagram this is done with 2 circuits of 120 volts each provided for 120volt 13 amps. It 240Volt happen if you need this feature. I am a big fan of the furnace and was afraid May 13 amps is not enough to start. The TG28P is a unipolar rating of 2800 watts continuous, which is 23 amps on a single circuit, more than enough to start my boiler or my large window 120volt AC. The shipping was free with "form" super and I was in gen about 5 days. It was not double box but the box was in good shape when received. I opened and inspected the gen and found no problem. The handle and wheels Assembly required; I first thought of the material had disappeared. I found the missing material packed in a separate plastic bag hidden / tucked between the engine and generator. Once I found the whole assembly hardware was easy. When I removed the filler cap oil it had a dipstick, but it is not really used anyway. To get the right amount of oil in the engine, you must fill all the way to the top of the filler neck, which is common to many small engines. The oil fill area is difficult to access even with my curves funnel, I managed to spill a lot. The gas has been easy and there is a fine mesh on the gas filling to protect from any sediment from entering the fuel tank. There is also a simple float Gage type of gas. To start the engine, you do not need to pull the rope at an angle entirely due to the design of the front panel. The traction is easy due to automatic compression release (works like the Honda). You can copy and modify the front panel if you wanted. This thing starts to take the first or second position with very little effort. It comes with a 15/20 Amp duplex receptacle protected by a 20 amp circuit breaker. 30 amps twist lock protected by a breaker of 23 amps, which is a unique circuit for 23 amps is the max continuous circulation possible. There is also a 12 volt circuit breaker with 8 amps untested by me. There is also an hour meter which will help drain the oil. I got lucky with engines inexpensive simple oil change more frequently. I recommend oil changes at 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, then every 50 hours. It uses less than one liter of oil so it's not expensive to make I have not made a difference for the oven yet, but the generator has run / start my air compressor and AC window just thin (one at a time of course). I have only about 2 hours of use, but until now, it works exactly the way I expected. I realize it is not a generator upscale but hopefully it will not use as much as necessary on a daily basis.
